PortwestUH440 Men's Lightweight Waterproof Hi Vis Reflective Rain Jacket

This raincoat was very well made but I dont like the eyelet holes on the waist. I feel like water would seep through. It is also not a high vis color but a banana yellow. It just has the silver high vis stripes. Very very nice raincoat though. Love the elastic inside the sleeves rather than velcro sleeves. I had to return it because it was not highvis for work.
