Energy Gel Quick Release Energy On The Go From Natural Fruit Juice (Berry, 20 x 40g)

I've tried loads (SIS, Gu etc) and these are my favourite. The orange ones do not taste as good as the raspberry flavour, but most gels do not taste that pleasant. I use these for marathon training and would definitely recommend the products.

It tastes good, fruity-like. Unlike many other energy gels that taste yucky. Unfortunately, the size is bigger compared to other brands.

The flavour is good and not too sweet, and it's nice liquid, making it easy to consume even during intense workouts. This helped me refuel and get an extra boost on the last part of my first 10K! Great taste and you don’t need water with it. I chose Berry. Very happy to have this on my long runs.

With caffeine it gives me extra boost of energy specially with my brick sessions and race Day. Highly recommended.
