Don’t waste your money
I debated about buying this product but the good reviews outweighed the bad so I’m went for it. I used it today for the first time and I got 5 stairs hoovered and then it came apart into bits. I eventually got it back together and it didn’t work. I’ve tried it several times and nothing. I should just have spent the extra tenner and got one from shark. So Annoyed. I couldn’t even find an option to return it.

More than happy
I've wanted a head for my shark for doing yhe stairs and the cat mats etc and this little item is brilliant for those jobs, it comes with an attachment that fits it easily on to my Lift Away NV602UK shark. It's powerful and quiet, definitely great value for money and it's suction is amazing, I'm so happy with it and I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for one to buy this one.

Suction and brush quality
Fantastic product, worried it wouldn’t fit or work as well as the one I originally had from shark directly, mainly because of the price I must admit, but my husband actually swears it works better than the first one, will definitely be stocking up on a few, great quality and fantastic results! Having a Norwegian forest cat that sheds in summer it’s completely stripped my carpets back to new, surprisingly great overall product!

Stops rotating quite often
Bought this as I needed a rotating brush to clean my stairs to get the dog hair out. While it’s spinning round this is great, but it doesn’t take much for it to stop rotating. As soon as there is the smallest amount of hair on the bristles it just stops spinning - I have to pick all the bits out of it after hoovering one step on the stairs before being able to move onto the next which makes it very time consuming. It does a very good job at bringing any hair up out of the carpet but constantly having to clean it every 2 minutes means it takes me too long to vacuum so I probably wouldn’t buy another

Chinese junk(and I don't mean a boat)
This item is extremely cheap plastic copy. Made in China(surprisingly) does not even come close to the stated facts on site. It will not work on anything but a hard floor. I addition to the fact it must be held at a perfect angle close to floor to do that or it will not revolve. Chinese plastic junk
