Arrived completely melted and worse no refund
Arrived completely melted and not usable and worse no refund allowed . Which was not clear at all when ordering.

Product is good packaging is bad
Great product but received the item in melted condition. Replacement is not offered by seller but through Amazon it was replaced, however,.replacement is also partly melted. I hope the item is packed in a heat resistant pacakaging to maintain integrity of the product's quality.
