The media could not be loaded. I bought both light & dark versions of this deck. The card stock is the same (as you can see in the short video I included). Both decks have gold edging, which causes the cards to stick a bit. Separating the cards by placing cards one after the other between 2 piles. Then shuffling, helps to unstick them. Do that a few timed & they eventually get unstuck. The books both have the exact same text for upright & reversal meanings. Overall, good quality, good interpretations of the cards & readings are a breeze. Great for beginners & seasoned readers.

The media could not be loaded. I reviewed this deck on 9/20/22. In my video I showed cards. I pulled some. The first was the Tower. I commented on this card. I kept pulling cards to share but there was a message that for me that I refused to see. I was consumed by giving a good review. The cards will always tell you what you need to know. Rely on your intuition not your Ego. The Tower moment, the broken heart, king of Pentacles were telling me that my dad was in serious trouble. He passed away on 9/26/22. That High priestess card that I laid down but didn’t hold up was telling me to stop! I also pulled The Queen of Wands which always represents me. The message was there but I kept going. I did look back on this video before today because on that day when I pulled those cards, especially seeing The Tower and The Queen of Wands I did feel there was a message for me. It’s almost a year now that my Dad passed.I can’t stress enough that Tarot reading is not a game. A standard question I will ask “what do I need to know today” and I pay attention. I love reading especially for those who have lost loved ones. I’ve learned that I can channel those who have passed. I did channel my Dad through tarot and I can say I was told exactly what he told me when he was alive. I wouldn’t trade this gift for anything. Thank you for reading my message ♥️I love these cards. They are glossy, hence a little glare in one of my photos. I like the glossy feel and appearance of this deck. The black background enriches the art work. There’s an antique feel to the artwork of this deck as well. The cards are sturdy and good size. I will only buy cards with a hinged lid or two part boxes. I’m glad I was drawn to this deck. I ordered a new box that this deck deserves. Don’t let the box stop your purchase. I’m glad I didn’t. Lastly, there is a little paper booklet included. If you’re a beginner I strongly recommend you find a Rider Waite book or reader that resonates with you as there are many different Interpretations out there. While the suites carry the same themes, the interpretation of each card will vary per reader and or creator of the decks you purchase. May you find much success on your reading journey. Good quality cards!

The colors are awesome, I love the style. When I first got this deck I’d asked it what its personality was and it gave the King of Swords upright and it lives up to that energy. Definitely good quality, I love the way they feel in my hands too.

I like this deck, but my problem is that the first deck I ever got (Ethereal Visions) is very high quality, so I measure other cards against that deck, which might not be fair. So, I notice this deck is a little difficult to shuffle, and the cards bend when you shuffle them. I love the artwork though. The deck doesn't measure up to Ethereal Visions, which again might not be fair, but I keep looking for a deck I like as much as that one, and this one isn't it.

These cards are gorgeous. They do stick all together when you open the package. You have to go and gently pull apart each card. STILL FIVE STARS. So beautiful. Great hand feel. Cards are a nice thickness. The gold rim is stunning. For such a small price, the value is amazing. Love this deck

So pretty and not stiff and hard to shuffle

these were expensive in my view but use a nice color change....which is of course central to us amateurs ....overall they are most excellent however i do see that the two swords figure is missing her blinds...i was accustomed this to via pollack
