I just gave birth and I was in need of a post partum back support and to help me with my belly flattening as well.Oh My God I love it.It stays in place when you put it on and it has 3 layers up front.The back support is unbelievable I'm planning to sleep with it on as well.I am 256 in weight and 5"9 and order 3XL.Everything is perfect.

I get such a tighter fit with the Velcro than I do with hooks. My previous waist trainer was a bust because my belly would burst through the spaces where the hooks weren’t holding me in. THIS beauty kept everything snatched and my posture right. Very adjustable and so comfortable to wear. I wish I had found this sooner!!!

I got a size 2x. I went up by 1 size bigger just to make sure I get a comfortable feeling, I recommended doing the same and sizing down over time.
