This collagen is ok , I had trouble dissolving it in my coffee.

It gives your skin a glow. Brightens complexion. Has no flavor. I just stir into water.

I love this stuff. Unfortunately, I cannot have beef peptides, so I cannot say if they compare, but I noticed within 2 weeks, my skin was bright and glowing. I even got compliments on my skin, and I didn't realize it was because of this!

I like this product. I add it to my morning cup of plain green tea and it doesn't add so much of a flavor that it needs masking. I mainly use it for extra protein and for my skin and nails (though I mainly notice stronger nails when using collagen).Watch the nutrition label! The entire packet only has 18 portions in it. I don't use the full 3T every day, so it will last longer. It seems too expensive for 18 days of use only when used as recommended.
