Seemingly expensive
Am not sure whether it is Hettich collaboration as it is only mentioned on the transparent cover and not anywhere else in the packaging.

Very disappointing
The product is not of good quality. It is very light weight and not sturdy, so it will not be able to bear the weight of a standard bath towel. I found it a total waste of money.

Plastic part is different
The product design is good, however, the cover where the Hepo logo is printed is made of cheap plastic and grey in colour. It is not stainless steel as shown in the picture. Deceptive.Good delivery time, heavy sturdy product, but sadly the plastic part spoils the look.

Logo Cover in images is stainless steel, however in pack it is plastic grey colored
In in images it is shown that cover is stainless steel however received in pack is plastic cover which looks dull and poor quality.
