Not likely. These are for the 992 version of the 911.

can these fit my 911 porsche manufactured 2001 and for right hand drive?

I have had several 911 models. The new ones (992) have different floor spaces than the 996 (2001 in question). In my experience these are model specific and LH/RH drive specific.
