They seem to work well for our kids. We give them to them before bed.

Think my 9 yr old son is falling asleep quicker and he seems calmer. His teachers have said he seems calmer and more focused in class and doesn't seem so tired.

My 6yo has trouble settling down to sleep being AuADHD. I was recommended these and had nothing to lose in giving them a try.WOW! Wish I'd found these sooner! After a few days my child was calmer at bed time, easier to settle and was falling asleep alot earlier than usual for her. She wasnt fidgeting or complaining of restless legs as much either When she was established on these her teachers commented that she is more focused in school now too. Highly recommended!

I ordered these to try as it was a different flavour to the usual brand however I don't find them to be as good.

Got these for my 7 year old, no idea if they’re actually helping much BUT he happily takes them, asks for them if I forget which is great. I’ve tried one, they do taste really nice.

Thought I would try a cheaper alternative but within 5 days my 4year son’s poor sleep retuned. Got the more expensive one and within 3 days he was back to sleeping all night. Just not as good

Unfortunately I tried these over our usual gummies, my children did not like these, chalky texture, left an after taste. As they’ve been opened unable to get a refund.
