✂️ Cut Above the Rest!
Oster 76 is the iconic hair clipper made by Oster. Built for heavy duty use and will last for years. It has a detachable blade system assembly inwhich all you have to do is to push the blade back and remove the blade. It's that easy.

Marriage-Bonding Clipper
The Oster Classic 76 is more than a hair clipper—it’s a relationship builder. My wife now cuts my hair at home, and let me tell you, this thing has turned our bathroom into a makeshift barbershop (complete with her commentary about my cowlicks). The clipper hums with the authority of a professional-grade machine, which is good because we’re amateurs just winging it.This beast handles my thick hair like it’s mowing down a field of wheat—no snagging, no hesitation, just smooth, confident cutting. It’s heavy in a way that screams (durable). Pair it with the Oster 10 piece Universal Comb Set, and suddenly, you’re not just cutting hair—you’re crafting masterpieces. Well, most of the time. Now, instead of spending money at the barber, I get free haircuts at home—plus some quality bonding time with my wife. Is the back always perfectly even? Maybe not, but hey, it’s nothing a hat can’t fix. Highly recommend if you want a clipper that’s reliable, powerful, and capable of creating memories (and decent haircuts) at home!

Last pair lasted 15 years!
My wife does hair and after she got out of beauty school she got a pair of these. Regularly oiled and cleaned and they lasted 15 years before the housing cracked. The motor was still going strong! Just got these clippers as a like kind replacement and I am confident they will last another 15 years. That my friends is a great return on investment. Don’t try going with the cheaper brands. These are worth it!

Excellent blade. Cuts cleanly. (Military High & Tight Basic Training clean)
Another great product from Oster. Cuts cleanly and without any pinches. Pretty much gives you a bald head. Cuts the same length (1/125", 0.2mm) as the Oster T-Finisher trimmer. But, does it much faster, because this blade's width is much wider than the T-Finisher blade.Excellent product. Job well done Oster, job well done.This product review is for item:Oster Classic 76 Clipper Blade 00000 (76918-006)ADDITIONAL GOOD TO KNOW INFO:Oster Classic 76 Detachable Blades (All)Small to Big Sizes + Cut Length(Name - Model # - Cut Length)00000 - 76918-006 (1/125, 0.2mm)0000 - 76918-016 (1/100, .25mm)000 - 76918-026 (1/50, 0.50mm)Modified 0A - 76918-036 (0.50mm)0A - 76918-056 (3/64, 1.2mm)1 - 76918-086 (3/32, 2.40mm)1A - 76918-076 (1/8, 3.20mm)1.5 - 76918-116 (5/32, 4mm)2 - 76918-126 (1/4, 6.3mm)3.5 - 76918-146 (3/8, 9.5mm)3.75 - 76918-206 (1/2, 12.7mm)18 Skiptooth - 76918-106 (1/8, 3.20mm)Texturing - 76918-306 (1/8, 3.20mm)Flattop T - 76918-216 (1/50, 0.50mm)

Not the best anymore for professionals
I'd leave zero stars if I could. This is the 2nd pair of professional Oster 76 clippers I've had to buy at $160 from Amazon directly (no 3rd party seller). Usually they last 5 to 10 years. But now the spring hinge comes so glued in place, as if with lock-tight already on, that you can't replace the hinge when it loosens.I cut up to 27 heads of hair a day on weekends. The first pair came loose after a year and this pair after 3 months! And the screws on the hinge won't budge to fix the problem! So now my $30 blades rattle around. Amazon won't replace after a small window and Oster charges an insane amount compared to replacing your own hinge (which was under $25) after their small window of time. Plus you have to send in your clippers and wait a few weeks. So you're out a work tool. OSTER and AMAZON used to be top notch now 1 star.

The blades worked great, but just so you know
I've been using these blades with my Olster clipper for a few years now and still haven't had to replace the blade.I have used them at first to trim my facial hair, aiming for a natural five day look, after it was no longer five days old and longer looking all that natural. The blades worked great, but just so you know, it takes patience to get the right look, so don't rush it.Eventually I used them to get a close cropped look on the hair on my head, until I decided to use the smallest blade to get the hair ready for its final assault with a wet shave type razor blade. At the risk of ruining my manly public image, I will admit to having used these blades to do some serious man scaping, and again, it worked great. The only problem was that it was so much fun using it that I went overboard going from a medium sized blade, all the way to the smallest one they make, causing my previously manly body to end up looking like the butt of a new born baby. A smooth body might look good on a male model, or a body builder flexing their muscles on a stage, but the smoothly shaved body of an out of shape, middle aged man, looks like the Pillsbury Dough boy. Just trying to be helpful, so avoid my mistake fellas. But, the blades themselves worked great.Oh, risking the possibility of “too much information,” or “more information then you wanted to know,” if you lose your mind like I did once, and decide to shave the spot where no blade should go on a man (yes way down there) be very careful, because in that rare case if there is some lose skin (and waaay down there, there is) you could nick the ol' storage unit of the family jewels. Other then that one area, the blades are perfectly safe. The case that the blade itself is built into is very solid, and can be easily taken apart to replace the blades inside of them, which look just like those replaceable blades on those old wet razor blades that they used in the fifties, but still sell today. (I haven't replaced them yet, but have taken them out just because I'm a man and we simply must take things apart to see how they work).
