They arrived on time in good condition. They definitely aren’t fine china but for the price and what you get they’re a bargain. They’re sturdy, look nice, and the finish is good enough that they come nice and clean when washed.

We bought these for a holiday chili party, because whp has 2 dozen good mugs? Sturdy, pleasing design, holds a great amount of soup, just perfect. They will be used for many different parties going forward but what i loved MOST was they arrived with ZERO plastic packaging! These white mugs are perfectly fine for everyday casual use. They are comfortable to hold and not lightweight. They were well packed and came quickly. Two of the mugs were chipped at the rim. Upon our request, the seller promptly replaced them.

Great deal on exactly what I wanted. White plates. The negative reviews didn’t bother me because let’s face it- you cover plates with food! Who looks at the plate? No one. They see the edge of a plate with food on it! No kind person that appreciates your company and effort cooking for them would critique dishes. If they examine the plates for blemishes etc what else are they picking apart in your home?I could not tell you the quality, design, thickness, or if plates were blemish-free at Michelin Star dining establishments I’ve enjoyed. Who cares? The food is what the focus is on.Great price. Arrived fast and no breakage. Light so I don’t feel I’m working out even lifting a few at a time. Buy them. They are great plain white plates. Classic and simple.

These plates were very well packed and arrived sooner than expected! I am thrilled with the quality for the price. We needed extra plates for a party, and these are a substantial size dinner plate with some weight and very smooth finish. The flat plate/bowl area in the middle is dipped in just enough to prevent a meatball from sliding off! We'll have these for years. Thank you!

I bought the 6" Appetizer plates for my kitties' wet food, and they're just what I wanted. They are dishwasher safe, lightweight but sturdy porcelain with a 1" lip and 1/8" deep well that keeps the gravy inside, like a coffee cup saucer. They were well packaged and an amazing deal at one dollar fifty-seven cents each. In the Q&A there was some confusion about the size; the plates themselves are 6 inches across, as it states in the first bullet point. The 6.75" refers to the outside package dimensions of the box. I have asked the seller to correct this. In fact, I noticed a bit of confusion all around in the Q&A and reviews. A couple of buyers wanted smaller plates. I searched all sizes by entering "10 Strawberry Street plates" and found dozens of other sizes and shapes and a 5.5" square plate, but nothing smaller. One reviewer was looking for unbreakable plates. Some options for tempered glass dishes are Corelle, IKEA Oftast, Luminarc, Duralex, and Red Barrel Studio. Porcelain is breakable. That's why the packaging is heavy-duty and somewhat "maddening" to open. This shipping box is not intended for long-term storage; you can make one that is from a plastic shoebox and layers of thin cardboard or woven grip-style shelf liner. If you do receive one that's chipped or broken or the package contains less than it should, no need to call Amazon customer service. You can click "Problem with order" in your Orders List, then Contact Seller to request a partial replacement without returning the full set. Amazon will follow up later to ask if the problem was resolved. Of 165 reviews, only one mentions missing plates and one mentions chipped/broken ones, so it doesn't appear this happens "often". Several reviewers complained they were "too small". Again, there's some confusion about 6" vs. 6.75", but it sounds like some buyers were expecting MUCH bigger plates, maybe 8" or 10" or bigger. Your best bet is to always, always use a ruler to measure before you buy. Most importantly, when a potential buyer has a question about an item you've purchased, Amazon will email you directly to ask if you can answer it. If you can't, please don't reply. Most folks want to be helpful. But if you didn't buy the same item or don't know the answer, please, just ignore the email. The same reviews and Q&As may show up under completely different products the seller has available. Thus, if you buy a seller's T-shirt, it makes no sense to try to answer a question about one of their dresses. If you did buy the same item, the best answers always contain specifics: measurements you've taken with a ruler or tape measure, information from the garment label or packaging box, durability after so many washes or months, exact weight from a scale, colors such as "orange like a Tide bottle" or "the blue on a Pepsi can", etc. Just throwing out a few pointers to make the review/Q&A process better for everyone. I really like the look and feel of these dishes. I ordered a set of 12 plates, lunch plates and bowls. Out of the 12 bowls 5 had dark brown spots in the glaze and one had a glob of glaze on the rim with raised spots in the bowl, see the pictures. All the plates were without flaws. I haven’t reached out to the manufacturer yet to see how they will respond. Will post an update.Update. Reached out to the manufacturer and sent pictures. They replied immediately saying they would replace the 6 bowls. Took awhile but they arrived today and are all fine. Am pleased with the overall value, look and feel of these dishes for everyday use.
