Easy install, great adhesion, dampens the road noise and keeps the cabin temperature cool/heated consistently well. I have a 2010 Wrangler 4dr., and this is one of the best upgrades you can do to your ride. Other raters indicate you have to remove the hard top, not true, just remove the center sound bar and it will fit like a glove.

This also fits a YJ just fine. I cut the curved ears off the piece where it meets in the back because it's not needed, but other than that, it fits just fine. I used a piece of the filler strips intended for a TJ and trimmed it to fit in between the two thick 1" pieces, just so there wasn't a blank spot above the speaker sound bar. I can't comment on how well it dampens sound because the jeep originally came with a soft top. I ripped all of that off and put an old used hardtop on that I refurbished. My main objective with the headliner was to reduce any radiant heat that would come off the top, even though I painted it light gray. I really don't know why anyone would want a soft top anything, especially in the south where we get 100+ temps for over 3 months. Anyways, it works well with keeping the radiant heat off my head and it feels like the ac is more effective. I'm sure it's deadening the sound too, but I wouldn't know. The soft tops are loud and flop around all the time and it's now much quieter with the hard top on.

Outside of having to remove the hardtop from my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, the installation of these insulation pads was incredibly easy. They fit perfectly, and make an immediate impact in insulating the hardtop from heat (and presumably cold, but it is not Winter yet), as well as from road noise. I went from barely being able to touch the inside of the hardtop while driving in the sun in the summer and feeling the heat radiate on my head, to now being able to sit comfortably and not notice any heat coming from the hardtop. Additionally, the road noise was immediately improved once these were installed. I am sure that other similar products may work just as well for a lower price (although I don't know that for a fact since these are the only ones I have tried), but I can assure you this product works incredibly well, and if you drive a Jeep Wrangler Hardtop, you will be very glad to have installed this. Additionally, it does not at all detract from the look of the hardtop, and in fact once installed, it fits so well, it looks like it came like that from the factory. I highly recommend this product.

It fits the plug in electric model even if Amazon warns you not. I was even ready to use scissors but it actually fits, i dont mind that pieces are a bit bigger than holes. My picky wife and kids actually noticed the extra quietness and coolness, i didn't told them beforehand to get a real feedback, and the roof is not baking us anymore. It is a deafening material and gives that weird sound absorbing feeling. My dislike is that if you fold or wrinkle the front sides, the wrinkles are permanent but nobody is looking up attentive all the time right? Rollers will cause this and you'll get a long line of wrinkles. The center panels are the hardest to put on but i have good skinny fingers and was able to slide them in. These may seem like they dont fit but they do, you might be hitting something or have it backwards, check multiple times u got the right part lol. It is true that removing the whole roof makes it easier but I'm lazy.
