Small and very handy
Both units work well and are very convenient with the enclosed magnetic pads that allow them to be placed on anything metal. Only thing I'd say might be improved is the loudness of the "time's up" signal. It's sort of on the quiet side so you really need to be nearby to hear it.

Piece of crap that does not work
First, there is no bell. There is a tiny 2 second grating sound 2 minutes before the time is out. Got 2 timers when I order this, and both were defective. Both kept different time, and both did not have a bell when the time was up. This thing has been around since the 1950's. and the Chinese cannot reproduce it? Where is your reverse tech. This is a real piece of crap and the only place for it is the garbage. Don't waste you money on crap.

Very handy in a small package
Very handy little timer. Works quite well with a loud enough beep at the end of the timer sequence. Very appreciative that there are two of them to the package and that they have magnetic discs that you can apply to the back.

short, quiet buzz
the buzzer is very short and not very loud. if you are in a noisy room or another room entirely when it times out you might just miss it. otherwise its easy to use and the magnet makes it easy to find a place to set it out of your way.

Good timers
I like the small size and that they both stick to my stove due to the magnets ready for me to use them. I do wish they were a little louder.

Great!! Easy to use, see & hear.
Some people like to wind up timers, some like to set them digitally. Nothing wrong with either, I just happen to relate to these solid, mechanical timers. 1) Simple to set. Wind almost to 60 minutes then move to desired time & tap to make sure it starts ticking. 2) Easy to see from across the room. The position of the minute hand gives me a general idea how much time is left. Having 2 timers going at the same time is convenient. 3) Easy to hear. A constant ticking reminds me that something is on/in the stove, and the ring at the end is bright, lasting about 4 seconds. This is not a timer for precision cooking- you're better off with a digital timer for that. When I need precision, which is rare, like for steak, I just use my phone. Super convenient magnet is perfect for the refrigerator. If you can keep them from crashing to the floor (most wind ups don't survive more than one or two long falls), they can last indefinitely and will never need batteries.

Very small!
These turned out to be quite small. The alarm is loud, but it doesn’t last long. One of them is broken after one use and is already in the trash. Not worth the money, even though they didn’t cost much.
