Great quality, price, and comfort!
I took this product with me to the hospital and used it on the 2nd day after the baby was born. My nurses even said how wonderful this product is and were amazed at the price I paid for it.I am 5'6.5 and was 163lbs at the time of birth. It's day 6 after delivery and my swelling has gone down dramatically along with my weight. I am currently 156lbs.Pros: The material is high quality. Having 3 separate parts is a little daunting but actually works out better. Giving you the choice to reposition and target the areas you want to target with ease. Plus if you only want to wear one belt you have the option. No roll up or pocket bulges. Added Velcro support in the back to tighten or loosen, depending on your size. One size fits all is pretty much a very true statement. The binding and support you get from this product is outstanding, and very strong! I wear it over a tank or a soft tshirt. I see myself wearing this product month's after the delivery, just because of the exceptional support that the product provides.Cons: Not really cons to me but worth mentioning. The instructions are the very bare minimum. I had to go off of the picture to figure out the order and the positioning of the belts. There is a white tag on each belt. The tag should be placed so it sits on the bottom of the garment not the top. After figuring out the order and placement (which wasn't that hard), I simply wrote the number on the tag to remember the order of putting the belts on. I.e #1=put on first. #2=put on second. If you wear it under clothing, it is noticable that you are wearing it, but I have no problem showing it off on top of my clothes in public. Also, at the moment, sitting down with this product is a little uncomfortable for my bottom. (I have stage 2 tares with stiches). Though, I expect, this problem to go away further down the line of recovery. All in all, I highly recommend this product.

A GODSEND for post op healing AND shaping
Where I live these girdles are not standard post op but they SHOULD BE. My aunt and a girlfriend both told me I should get a post op girdle after my open myomectomy , about the size of a 4 month belly.I got this about the 4th week post op. I wish I had it earlier....though with the swelling and intestinal readjustment 4th week was probably best. A week and a half in and I am FLOORED.Firstly I picked this because I am short 5'1" about 127lbs, and when I've needed back braces they were too long for my torso and hit all the wrong places. This one I could move according to my size. It also has this stretchy padding in front which was super comfy against my tender abdomen. It also allows you to put the support where and when its needed. For example in the first week I did per the instruction booklet and did belly band first. After a few days I noticed my pelvis was feeling too loose. I put on te pelvic band first instead and on a tighter setting with the elastic and Tenderness is GONE.I sleep in one of the belts. It's not recommended but boy o boy does it make late night bathroom visits a lot less painful Not all three as they are stiff when tightened all together.Because I essentially have a c section scar I was really sad I would have that pop over pouchy but. Before I got this product it was definitely a huge blob hanging over a tight looking scar. Now my fat is almost flattened to the scar, maybe about a half inch indentation. NB my body runs slim so you have to take your own original body fat situation into account.Anyhow. It keeps everything in. It helps me to "find" all the muscles that got shifted and to use them. It sort of replaces that outer pressure seal your skin has before they cut you open and gives you biofeedback so you know which muscles are working ...maked you conscious if you strain, (which is really important as you shouldn't strain)It helps me feel like I have control over my pelvis...before I kinda felt bottomless like everything was going to fall out.And tbh its reshaping my waist to how it was in my 20s and THAT is priceless. I'll have to workout to maintain that once I'm cleared but it gives me a HUGE head start.Good to note is that I saw everything suck in within a week . I'm not comfortable on the tightest setting and kinda wish the had a smaller size for after it starts to work...but I'm nitpicking.JUST BUY IT

Versatile, Fits Well, Even Pressure GOOD!
I tried 3 or 4 different products for post c-section healing. This one has by far worked the best & been the most comfortable. The one I got in hospital was okay, but one straight pieve that didn’t take into account the shape of a woman’s body and it would slide up all the time. I needed it to stay low around hips to cover incision. This one slides some too but is far easier to adjust. If I wear a one piece tube underneath I can wear it comfortably with underwear without having to remove it to go potty. Other post c-section underwear I tried were so tight they wouldn’t even go on, or leg holes were too tight or high waist hit me in a very uncomfortable spot. This one allows me to choose whether I want to use one, two or three of the pieces I like how it fits better to my curvy bady shape—to eliminate gaps & super tight spots. I also like how it attaches under & over with velcro to fit snuggly, then there are wide elastic strips that you can use to adjust the amount of pressure that is put on tummy & it distributes it evenly. The one I had from hospital was one big belt that didn’t have the extra elastic, so made it hard to get on straigjt & with even pressure.

Its an okay buy
I had some.issues with this product from the beginning. The instructions were not clear at all. The pieces were not labeled so you basically had to guess what went where. I couldnt wear everything right away due to being so swollen. I was able to squeeze on the larger piece and use that for a while. The piece worked great. I could move without having to hold my stomach. I wear corsets regularly, so I had this one on as tight as possible. It does not work as well as a steel boned waist cincher. I have only washed it once but could tell this product will not hold up with too many washings. Not sure if I would purchase again. I'm 5'3, 168 lbs and wear a womens size 12.
