This stuff is super sticky. I bought it to secure my flexible dryer vent to the dryer because the hose clamp kept falling off. It worked really well. It seems very durable, but I just put it on there so I don't know for sure. I don't anticipate any problems because I used some just like it to repair the bottom of the heating unit for my crockpot many years ago (it cracked in half, and I just taped the two pieces together with aluminum tape!), and that repair is still holding up. I absolutely love this stuff, it's like aluminum foil that is super sticky on one side, so good for repairing metal especially in circumstances where it may get hot (like a dryer vent) and other tapes would melt or burn.

What can you say about duct tape! It works to seal duct work, it sticvls to almost anything, and it comes in handy for repairs of all kind.

Used a lighter to light it on fire and it did not readily burn and went out quick. Then stuck it to the table and used the lighter to warm it up good and the adhesive did not peel readily either. Was just as sticky as when applied which is pretty good adhesion. Hopefully it will be good for my intended use.

This duct tape sticks, lasts, and somehow makes me feel like an adult who knows what they’re doing. Two rolls? Genius.. Broken pipe? Fixed. Broken picture frames? Fixed. Emotional scars? Still working on it, but I feel supported. This duct tape isn’t just tape—it’s therapy.

This is a very affordable, high quality thermal tape. I used it to seal up my indoor Air Conditioner hose that was in need of some repair and reinforcement. The tape is very strong, and not rippable by hand due to the fiberglass reinforcement. It sealed up everything really nicely, and feels cool to the touch even though there is hot exhaust air flowing through it.
