Only had the one dose so far, I will try to remember to come back and leave an update review (if I can) at a later date. So my five star rating is based mostly on shipping speed and value. I have ADHD. I was recommended this by friends and others on the Internet who also have the same disorder. Apparently an ingredient in it reacts with ADHD ppls brains and can be useful for battling the symptoms that prevent us from functioning. I don’t know the science and I don’t know the validity of this claim, but my ADHD is debilitating and I’m willing to give anything a go whilst I can’t get actual medication for it. I can’t speak for long term effects or health benefits, but after taking the one pill, I don’t know what to say really? I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect, or if it actually did something. However, I noticed that I felt different physically and mentally within an hour of taking it. My ADHD is so bad that it leaves me stuck on the sofa for days, the smallest tasks feel impossible and I can even just not go to the toilet or eat at all sometimes. Today felt like the beginning of yet another one of those episodes. As soon as I sat down I didn’t move for six hours until I got my delivery. Which was the parcel for this. Took one. At the two hour mark, I noticed that the constant, background anxiety I feel every day wasn’t there as intensely. I then received some other deliveries, I had quite a large haul and torn up packaging was everywhere. Rather than my usual “I’ll tidy this up when I next get up to do something” and then just not doing it, without even thinking about it I just tidied and threw it all away. When normally if tidying it would take 2x longer cus I hold on to certain parts of the packaging in case it can be “useful” one day (it never is). Did it without thinking any of that and I’m also now not thinking “oh... maybe I should retrieve X from the in just in case”. It’s gone and I don’t care. I also haven’t noticed any immediate negative side affects from one dose, except for maybe feeling a little more hyperactive than usual but I can’t put that down to this as I do get this happen frequently anyway it could easily be coincidental. Just happened at the same times as the other feelings did so maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️ Other side effects may manifest with continued use so will keep track of it for future reviewing. I bought these to test them out during a period where I need to be organised and productive, as I’m moving soon. So I wanted to try them at the same time to see if they help me or if I’m just the same mess I usually am while doing something like this. I’m going to ignore the recommended 2 doses a day for the time being, and use the pills more like an as and when thing rather than consistently taking them. Just so that I can take note of whether they do actually make a difference and compare to days without. But having said that, the value for money is amazing. Just taking one a day consistently would make this basically a five month supply for just under £10, even two a day for 2-3 months that’s still amazing value considering the cost of other supplements that only provide 1 months worth. I love the slim post box friendly packaging and it helps to save room in my cupboard. The lid is also large and easy to remove, which is amazing for disabled people however I will say that if you have kids and buy this specific brand definitely keep it out of reach. They will be able to open it no problem, not sure on the safety of these with children so it’s worth noting. My only complaint is, and it’s a nit-picky detail, is the size of the capsules. They’re quite big. Personally, they’re not a huge issue for me as they’re just about small enough to take but I do have problems with larger pills. They may not be as easy for other disabled people. Could do with trying to make them smaller, especially considering the supplement is supposedly developed to help various different health issues that can cause disabling symptoms so these very people would need something easier to take. But on the other hand, at least they’re capsules so they can be opened and the powder can be used some other way. Will be reading more about this supplement and researching it’s effectiveness with ADHD sufferers. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase but I can’t really recommend the supplement yet without knowing my own experience using it. We’ll see how it goes ...

I have been taking these capsules for about three weeks now as part of a cocktail of nootropic and food supplements to alleviate the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome. The cocktail appears to be working but it is hard to say whether any particular part of the cocktail was responsible or whether most if not the entire cocktail is needed. As an ex-biochemist, I can see why it should help but other components of the cocktail such as n-acetyl carnitine, ubiquinol and the sugar D-ribose may also have been important. A nice touch that I liked is that it came in a flat plastic bottle which could easily be delivered by my postman so that I didn't have to wait in for delivery. The capsules were initially free of odour but developed a slight smell of hydrogen sulphide after prolonged storage This is probably a decomposition product of the capsule contents (which contains chemically-combined sulphur) so it may be best to store the container in a refrigerator.

I was somewhat sceptical about how useful this product would be when first ordering but thought I would give it a try. Over recent years I have been increasing susceptible to episodes of bronchitis with difficulty in clearing mucous when the acute phase is over. Since taking NAC the mucous seems to clear before the bronchitis gets established so needless to say I am very pleased with how useful it has been and would recommend to anyone with similar problems. In addition it is in my opinion reasonably priced, delivered promptly and securely packaged. 28/06/21 I have no reason to revise my positive view of this product. It is the single most effective supplement I have ever used and of course I continue to use it. speedy delivery, reasonably priced and very effective.
