I really wanted to love this pillow for my 5-week-old twins, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work for us. The main issue is that it doesn’t actually prop my babies up—it just lays them flat, which is a big problem, especially since one of my twins has silent reflux and throws up immediately if not kept upright after feeding.The pillow came vacuum-packed, and while I expected it to fluff up with time, the filler inside seems uneven and divided, creating gaps that just don’t provide the support I was hoping for. I’ve tried fluffing it repeatedly, but it still doesn’t hold shape well.This might work better for babies who can already sit up a bit, but it’s definitely not ideal for newborns who need more structure and support during feeding. I ended up going back to using my old maternity pillow—it’s taller, thicker, and does a much better job of keeping them elevated.Also disappointing: once you open the packaging, it’s non-returnable. If returns were allowed, I absolutely would have sent it back. Just a heads-up for other parents considering this.

Item is very small and severely under filled. States it comes vacuum packed but removing it and allowing it to expand didn’t make any difference. Wouldn’t waste my money.

Smells absolutely dreadful. Stunk like mould!
