Bought these for my mother, as she suffers from a digestive disorder (coeliac disease) which means she doesn't absorb things like zinc very easily and needs a supplent to keep her levels up.These tablets are easy to swallow, don't taste nasty, and best of all, there is a full years supply in one bottle, which makes things so easy :)

Sent a 1 one year supply of tables, which has an expiry date in 11 months. Also this product contains a rather large unnecessary amount of bulking agent. These pills could and should have been made smaller, with less bulk and binder.
