I tried to get insurance to cover this but had no luck. First you need a PT who will write a report to your primary doctor as to the medical necessity. Then get them to submit it and go to their provider. You could spent 100 hours trying to get insurance to cover it. Or just buy it and start using it. You could try to get a reimbursement.
