Kind of a big pills but it definitely works. My hands often get pins and needles while driving or typing, but while taking this it doesn’t happen as often or as bad.

Expensive
This product is really expensive. I don't like the fact that they use all that blue dye to color the pills. I felt uncomfortable taking them. Also, I did not notice a difference in my memory or recall. I guess you have to take them for a longer time. I think I took these pills for two months. I just couldn't justify the the high cost. It would be different if they actually worked. And again there's no need for all the dye.

Necessary
I can’t go without these. I think I’m gonna need them for a long time unless I get some kind of operation. The pain in my hand is sometimes unbearable. This product makes provides much needed relief and if I take a break like a week I really notice it because the pain comes back heavy.
