Leaked before delivery
Leaked out everywhere. Opened the box and could immediately smell the coconut and see the oil leaking out from the box.

Shame you don’t care enough when packaging & shipping.
The product is great - I use it consistently for my horses.However common sense says you may want to ship it in a box and not an envelope, as the cover will break otherwise and the product will leak.Exactly what happened.

What a mess
Lid was not taped shut and came loose during shipping. I would like it replaced but don’t want to mess with returning

Love this stuff
This stuff works. My horses hooves we’re getting dry from this horrible winter weather & this stuff moisturized them & added bonus they are super shiny.
