5 Herb Seeds Variety Kit, Oregano, Cilantro, Parsley, Basil, Chives

Great little variety pack for anyone wanting to start a small herb garden. The seeds were well packaged and labeled clearly, which made planting easy. Germination was good for most of the herbs 🌱 Just note it takes patience, and not every seed will sprout. Still a great beginner-friendly kit.

I absolutely loved loved this pack! The packaging is SO cute and well done with a ton of each type of seed and clear instructions on how to plant them. Even though we're beginners that just started planting literally weeks before this (the only things we've planted before this are sunflowers from seeds and green onions), so far we've planted 7 types from this pack and they all sprouted with great sprout rate after just a few days! Note we're in California (very warm climate and very strong sun during midday) and sprouted everything indoors in small containers with standard potting soil. We've even snapped a few of the basil and cilantro sprouts and they already taste so good! The most difficult one in this packet was thyme, which apparently can take 1-12 weeks to sprout. After reading the instructions that said it needs plenty of water to awaken, I soaked it in some water in a paper towel for ~1hr beforehand and they sprouted in THREE days! Though be warned the seeds are so small once they're wet they really stick to things so it made getting them into the soil very annoying. Last piece of advice is after our basil and chamomile sprouted, we took them both outside for a full ~4 hours of sunlight. The basil did great, but it seemed like it was too much for the chamomile sprout, which all fell over and looked dried up, they didn't grow anymore after about a week so I assume they died. :( We planted a new batch which sprouted already, this time we'll introduce them (and our other plants) outdoors more slowly. Since purchasing this we've bought 10+ more types of seeds from various places, and I have to say this has been the best one from a quality, packaging, and value perspective! I will definitely purchase more if I run out and curious to see what other seed packs this brand sells! :D In case the seller is reading, the only changes I would make are: -add mint and rosemary to the mix! Though it seems like rosemary is VERY difficult to plant so maybe that's why it's not included -instruction wise it would be awesome if it could also include instructions on which are good companion plants, when/how to harvest, when/how to harvest the seeds, though admittedly you can find these instructions online as well

Most are growing. I see cilantro basil n parsley. Many one inch plants after few weeks.

Nice collection of herbs, especially for horticulture class. Good vitality and growth.

They grow. Forget about putting one seed down and wait. I tried that and was useless. I got fed up and just poured whatever seeds were left inside each sache in separate marked pots and they germinated fast. Probably some seeds were dead, that is why the careful method and the use of egg crates did not work. Let’s see if they grow. Right now it is freezing 🥶 in FL. I hope my tiny plants survive this weather.

Several types of Seeds will not germinate. Seller contact info no longer in service... Update: Seller responded to my review and contacted me. I was not able to contact them from the listing. Seller sent a complete new package of seeds. I changed my rating to 3 stars

Looking forward to planting these in a couple months! I’m done with Winter! I live in Minnesota, lol
