Great value for money better Than Nespresso originals
Delicious, not acidic no burnt bitter taste. Absolutely love it. I think better than original Nespresso coffee and costs half.

These espresso capsules are so smooth and delicious which are hard to find at an intensity of 9. We're loving them!

OK, but easily watered down
Had this coffee at a coffee shop and wanted to try the pod version. I found it to be weak, really only works on the ristretto setting.

Good coffee, and *nicely packaged*
I've purchased nespresso pods many times, I think this was the first time that it was packaged properly (I think by Amazon). Usually pod boxes are placed in an envelope and occasionally arrive crushed. This time the boxes were packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. Nice! Segafredo pods are some of the best nespresso pods.

Mediocre quality
Segafredo used to be my mother's favorite brand of coffee went back in Italy. My aunt had a coffee shop and she would keep the beans for us whenever she received the new batch. Unfortunately these pods don't taste anything like that, the coffee is mediocre in quality, tastes burnt and it's very "watery". Peet's and Illy are much better quality for a few cents more.

Quality pod ... Good aroma ... Extremely Undesirable Taste
So disappointing!I finally found a good quality compatible pod for my Nespresso machine at a very good price. The aroma was great as it pressed. The final product tasted really quite bad - this is not Italian espresso!

I have tried them all
I am reading the negative reviews on here that mostly concern shipping, but maybe that’s changed because my coffee came in a sturdy box. Note to the flavor. I have tried hundreds of capsules from several (10-20 at least) manufacturers, including the original Nespresso. Often I do a “tasting” where I take three different ones at the same time with the same type of milk (if not black) to see the difference. In the past few years I have been drinking Illy Classico, because it’s so smooth, but the prices went up and I was a bit bored, so I went to the mall to get real Nespresso, and I ordered the Segafredo 10 and 11. I also met an Italian guy in the line at the store who said other than Nespresso the Segafredo was the best. I like it better than the Nespresso because it’s strong and smooth where the Nespresso is often somewhat “grating” , and I prefer the 11 to the 10 for lower acidity, in my opinion. (I suffer from bladder issues, so this is important.) I have tried Lavazza, and other brands I can’t even remember, in multiple strengths and flavors, and so far the Segafredo is the best one, but, of course, I am only on my second week. I have done the “triple tasting” of Nespresso/ illy/ Segafredo several times though, with the same result. The Nespresso flavor was the Rio de Janeiro one, and I might go and get other ones, but the regular ones didn’t compare favorably to the Illy, so I am not focusing on the seasonal and special blends.
