They actually work!
After hanging several dozen barn doors in my life it's nice to finally find a bottom door guide that is sturdy and works right!!! Usually you get one or the other not both! Definitely recommend these!

Rolls easily, Good quality, easy to adjust width
I’ve used these on all my barn doors of various thicknesses. Sturdy and nicely finished.

Very heavy duty and easy to install. Rollers work well. Inside roller COULD adjust to be a little closer to the wall. With the barn door track hardware I used (Yigold, ordered from Amazon ), the bottom of the door was slightly further from the wall than the top. It’s not overly noticeable unless you are looking for it. I would purchase these floor guides again.

We ordered two. We had our contractor install them. They work perfectly and make no noise and have not left any marks on the door. We would order them again. Good price, well packaged.

Good quality hardware
Did not want to drill into tile floor. These did the trick to bring doors closer to wall and keep steady. Quality and look fine installed into baseboard and the sit straight .

There may be better options but not bad overall.
Built my doors to the 0.59"+ gap to leave room for these and when I got them, they needed more like a 0.75" gap. I ended up turning the bolts around from what is pictured and how they were preassembled. That ended up giving them more of a 0.55" thickness. These would be much better if they squared the slot and used carriage bolts. The bracket is very heavy duty! The rollers are cast metal and even with a lot of slack in the tightness of the bolt they do not roll easily. I may try to replace them with plastic rollers later. I noticed that the rollers do not roll when the door moves across them so eventually it will wear the finish off.

This is great to use on barn door. Have ceremic floor so used this instead as can bolt to the wall to support the barm door. Very happy with product.
