Nursem FRAGRANCE FREE HAND CREAM – 75ml | Fast-absorbing, natural hand cream cruelty free for sensitive skin

Nursem has been one of my go to creams for a while but I had never tried the fragrance free version until recently because of availability when I was purchasing in store. Hadn’t thought to order on Amazon but I’m so glad I gave it a try. I get really overwhelmed by the scent of the original but I love how quickly it absorbs so I can go about my day. This stuff is magic! No scent, absorbs quickly and actually moisturises sore and cracked hands. I especially love it as a wheelchair user because I can put some on, let it dry quickly and continue to propel myself without slipping. Will be stocking up!

I bought this cream for a change to replace an old hand cream and I’m glad I tried it as I find it very good - although it’s not heavy it does a very good job at moisturising my very dry hands and soaks in right away ! You can buy it either with or without scent I can recommend it if you do not want a heavy hand cream . It seems to keep my hands soft all day even after washing.

I love the original Nurse em cream in a tub. Unfortunately, this hand lotion is only ok compared to that. It does help moisturise dry hands, but it leaves a slight sticky feel for a minute. The sticky feel does go after a minute or two, but it’s just not the same feel as the original tub which has a soft, non sticky finish and feels 5x more effective on dry skin and dermatitis from constantly washing hands. Unfortunately I also ordered a large bottle of the blue hand cream, but it was exactly the same as the non fragrance hand cream but with a horrible floral smell!

At first glance, I thought this cream wouldn't work because it seemed watery in consistency/application, but after trying many different types of hand cream, this has been the only cream that healed my severely cracked and bleeding hands without noticeable allergic reaction. My only wish is that this was an organic product, but other than that, more than happy to repurchase. - SH

I purchased this for a family member with severe eczema/dermatitis on her hands, they were scaly, painful and she could hardly bend her fingers. This cream is amazing. Scent free and doesn’t leave a greasy residue; absorbs quickly. Within a few days she could see and feel the difference. Within three weeks her hands are almost completely healed. Also used on child’s eczema behind the knees and has worked a treat, no more scratching or redness. I would highly recommend this cream.
