Confede Gold Anastasia Necklace for Women Lost Princess Inspired Together In Paris Charm with 50CM Cable/Snake Chain

As a kid, I loved the Don Bluth Anastasia film, and I was at the right age to have the toys, including a plastic version (long since lost) of the necklace the princess in that movie wears. I've been on the look out for a non-toy version for grown ups for a few years now. Finally, I've found this one and it's beautiful. The pendant seems to fairly glitter from every angle and the inscription on the back is pretty and just like in the movie too. I wasn't crazy about the option for a snake chain, so I opted for the cable chain, which I thought looked nicer than the alternative... I don't regret the choice, but I would advise potential buyers to give it a minute of thought before settling on what chain they want, because the pendant cannot be removed from the cable chain (dunno if it's the same with the snake one) and restrung on another necklace. I actually had a pretty gold chain of my own that sparkles like the one the princess had in the film and was going to restring the pendant on that for a special occasion I have coming up, but since I can't remove the pendant this is not possible after all. And this is the only downside; the pendant itself is so well made (and even has a very fine weight to it I wasn't expecting) it doesn't go so great with its weaker, less impressive chain, on which it's admittedly bottom heavy. But I'm still looking forward to wearing this, even without restringing the pendant for my upcoming occasion. A beautiful necklace very pleased to own.

I adore this necklace!! It's big its beautiful, it's shiny and it has weight to it. I plan on wearing it alot this holiday season. 100% recommend!! The chain isn't long, if you want a long chain you'll have to buy one.

this is the first review i’ve ever felt the need to write. it is beyond gorgeous. nicely weighted. perfect type of necklace. i’ll admit it’s not accurate movie length, but i’m not too picky and that can easily be rectified!!! so beautiful and well worth the money!

Dependent portion is just a little larger than I anticipated it to be however it is gorgeous and a great statement piece. If there are true Anastasia fans out there this is the necklace! I can’t wait to gift it to my mom🥰

I dressed up as Anastasia for Halloween and to see the Broadway US Tour when it came into town. The necklace came in a very pretty green velvet drawstring bag with a very high-quality necklace chain. However, the necklace chain is pretty small. I was expecting it to be quite a bit longer, considering the length of the necklace in the movie. I had to go buy a cheap long gold necklace from Walmart and cut off that pendant so I could transfer this pendant onto it. It worked extremely well for me once I had a longer chain. The pendant has a fairly large opening for where it slides onto the chain, so if you're not careful, it can slide off the chain if it's not clasped. But it also easily can be transferred to a different chain, which was beneficial for me. Overall, it's beautiful and I was quite happy with it. Considering my costume was created from items purchased at different places and not necessarily an "Anastasia" costume (I recreated the look she wears on the boat when she's dancing on deck with Dmitry and Vlad), the necklace was a major component to complete the look. I got several compliments.

I've purchased a couple of these now and this one is just right! Not too small and super shiny! I feel like Anastasia wearing it. Get this one if you'd like a more substantial version of the pendant. I will agree with others that the chain is shorter than in the movie, but it's still good. I'd still absolutely recommend buying this one and just getting a longer chain if you want a movie-accurate look.
