Better than the old ones i used to buy, they have more heat and help pain more. be prepared if you get hot at night wearing them as they do get hot, not scalding hot but a lot of heat from these

it was delivered on time but I only received it two days ago and there are 48 patches.

first my nostrils were assaulted by the herbs, then my patience was wearing thin trying to peel backing off.ok backing started took it 1/3 off so i could slide it on the knee but ... the adhesive is so good I wrinkled it a bit.. its on the knee tight. feels good walking a tad better no real heat apparent but much less discomfort from top of shin to knee cap... NOW.... Im dressed ready to go out hoping all ok until i was in range of the wifes sensitive super smell detecting nostrils.... WHAT ON EARTH... YOU SMELL LIKE AN OLD FOLKS HOME... Actually I dont but the herbs are very medicinal in their aromas and a tad overpowering... Ill save for beach walks or pottering about only.. Ill update after ive trued more than one..... Now 14/4 I thought I'd try overnight.. Assumed heat caused itching had to remove not good in bed! They are fine for day time, smell does dissapate after a while and the tightness helps the movement / pain at top of shin. Wonders if a tight band around knee at junction of shin would do same ? Anyone else feel this way?

I'm waiting for a knee replacement and I'm in a lot of pain these patches are great I can actually walk without pain

There's nothing to say! I doubt this product has any medical benefit at all, and I find a rub with Diclofenac to be a better treatment.Just what are these plasters supposed to do?

I was so looking forward to these , as my knee is so painful, but they did not work for me .
