The Clock looks quite circular and quirky, however it seems to grow on me.It took me a few moments to get used to HOW to use the clock.Basically, I bought it as a low-energy use bedside clock for my partner and I.It is not very difficult to set up, though it took me a few minutes to understand the meaning of the various symbols on the top of the clock from which you operate the clock!I like that there is a CR2032 battery underneath the clock to save your time and alarm settings, and that you have a display dimmer at the back of the clock to dim the brightness of the clock so it does not dazzle or disturb you at night.The clock is electricity powered and the cord for it is about 125cm long, which should make it suitable to plug it into a nearby electricity socket.I also like thought that you have a radio picture button at the top, which IF you hold for 2 seconds, it scans the FM network for good quality reception stations. The sound quality is very good and I like it. It comes with a radio signal booster, although the quality of FM Reception might depend on the area you’re based in.I haven’t had any issues with you, like some people have mentioned and I will definitely recommend it.TO RECAP, I’d say it’s an excellent digital clock, HOWEVER important to notethat the CR2032 battery is ONLY to back up the time and alarm settings in case of electricity power failure or you’re moving the digital clock elsewhere. It is NOT a battery-powered clock, but a mains-powered i.e. electricity-powered digital clock.

My husband bought this for my birthday and it's actually a really good little clock. I don't use the night light option but you can choose between quite a few different colours. It's easy to set up and I love that you can turn the brightness of the display up and down really easily using the button at the back. The only thing I would say is I find the volume setting for the alarm a bit loud, whether I use the radio or bird sound. There needs to be another level between 1 and 0. But otherwise it does the job perfectly.

Over the last few years I've gone through several clock radios, cheap ones, extremely expensive ones, they've all let me down. Some have touchscreens that are a pain to use, or weird controls that don't make any sense. Others don't dim enough and keep me awake at night. If the alarm doesn't go off when it's supposed to a couple of times, then I give up on it and move to a new one.This alarm clock has stood the test of time, working flawlessly for the last few months since I got it. I love the manual controls, ones that actually make sense. The dimmer is perfect, allowing me to turn up the brightness in the middle of the night to check the time, then dimming enough to not keep me awake. I also love the look and feel of the actual device, like a smart speaker, but quite solid.

What a great little alarm clock - I just wanted a simple, no frills alarm clock and this has done the job. The sound quality is great, very straightforward to use, the night light is a great feature and the best bit, is that you can dim the display so its not so bright at night, just love that!

Easy to use, nicely visible display, good quality sound - my one criticism is the alarm radio goes off automatically after just an hour, it'd be good if you could program this play period for the length you desired, I'd have it go on for a good bit longer by choice - though you can always turn it back on manually.

I would give this 5 stars as an alarm clock, it is well made, has excellent features, and is easy to set up. The only downside as an alarm clock is the limited backup battery operation, it only saves the time and alarm settings, the alarm will not work on the battery. The radio is terrible, a complete waste of time, poor reception and sound quality. If you don't need the radio, it's fine, but there are cheaper alternatives.
