Why did you choose this product over others?: Love this mug, lovely mug, does not leak and keeps your drink lovely and cold for hours. Used it more for cold drinks than hot ones at the moment. Worth the cost. The lid is a bit difficult to get on and off as there is not much to grip. Bought this on the 11 th July but now see the window for returning is closed. Mine has now started having an odd taste, it is washed regularly but even after washing the taste still returns. I was hoping to return it. Please can you help me

My favourite take away cup! I’m using it for couple of years now. Hadn’t leaked at all, keeps the temperature and is easy to use. It doesn’t leave that after taste as some cups do, it is a great size (not too big not too small), love the colour as well.

I bought three different colours and i have read the comments that it can keep hot for at least an hour or two. But ours are not. Just half an hour, it is getting cool. Just lucky that they are not leaking.

Superb coffee cup, build quality is fantastic. Keeps your drink warm for a long time, if you drink black coffee you will be waiting a while for your drink to cool down. Very easy to clean, no fiddly parts that are difficult to scrub. The old saying "you get what you pay for" springs to mind. Justify the purchase by price per use and treat yourself!

I purchased this mug about six months ago and have used it frequently enough to assess its quality. It keeps drinks hot or cold for a significant duration and does not spill. I haven’t had any negative experiences with it so far. The only improvement that could make this product perfect would be the addition of a non-slip ring around the mug to provide a better grip. While the surface isn't slippery, having that extra feature would enhance safety. It also looks great and is resistant to scratching. Thank you for this great product!

Doesn't leak even when thrown in bag and keeps temperature hot/cold.

Bought it 4 months ago as a Christmas present and it's still in perfect condition. No leakage, keeps drink at the preferred temperature for a reasonable time. Stylish and comfortable to hold. Great quality.

L’étanchéité, très bien. Et le côté esthétique aussi, très jolie finissions. Je l’ai acheté pour ma femme, celui taille 350ml est bien pour elle, car elle boit du thé de temps en temps, le mien est 220 ml qui est convient pour du café de capsule ( machine de espresso). J’aime beaucoup ce produit et j’utilise tous les jours.

love this thermos mug! I use it for my tea and it keeps it warm for a very long time probably 2+ hours. I read a review that it didnt fit into someone's car. It fits in a car (toyota aygo). It's leakproof - i like the design and colour. I have the 350ml in taupe grey. Would say it's a bit darker greyish than the pic but still love the colour and looks aesthetically pleasing/stylish :)))). Haven't tried it yet with cold drinks. Very happy and got another one for my mom!
