Taste and vitamin quality love it, energy level, texture is good, it’s help me raise my vitamin D.

Great taste and works

The Vitamin D liquid is a thicker, creamy texture. It has a berry flavor. There is a slight tartness from the berries, but it is pleasant to taste.Its sqeeze bottle is easy to use, but one caution. It doesn't take much of a squeeze to dispense the liquid. Hold the bottle straight up and down while gently squeezing it onto the spoon. I held it at an angle and it shot out over the spoon and wasted some of the vitamin liquid.

This was a first time trying liquid vitamins and I was nervous having been previously a gummy supplements adult but so happy with my choice. It’s thick and yogurt like, the taste is delicious.

Any of the Mary Ruth products are worth it. They seem a bit pricey but they do deliver in bettering your health. This D3 is an easy liquid to take and tastes wonderful. I paired it with a liquid magnesium and one of Mary Ruth’s multivitamins ( again liquid and works for me)?

I wanted an organic and better absorbed intake for my gut health with my morning routine and this has been great. It is easy to use from the opening to the pour. The overall way that I feel with this product has been amazing as my energy levels has increased and I feel more vibrant and pumped, I feel like my insides are happy. It tastes fine.

The product has a soft yoghurt like consistency. You can taste the berries slightly but the chemical taste overpowers it. It even burned a little on my tongue. I ordered this product mid January and received a bottle with a February Exp date. That was disappointing.
