Not a supplement for energy, just for gains. I stack this with ESP (only for energy) before each workout and the gains are more than noticeable. Great if you’re trying to work through a plateau or just beginning. I’ve put on about 10 lbs within the first month of taking this. Went from repping 3 sets of 185 for 8 on bench to 3 sets of 225 for 8 on bench in a little over a month with this stuff. This is the only creatine supplement I take and I don’t take anything else besides the ESP for energy and of course the post workout whey protein shake. I absolutely love this supplement and will continue to buy it until I’m repping out 300. If you’re looking for something with great taste, there are better tasting products out there - but if you’re looking to gain muscle, this is #1.

So I got this originally at a local store on clearance. Its a creatine compound so I got it to try as a variant of the plain stuff.Was I surprised as it has a faint sweetness to it. Let me clarify, I only use the unflavored, as I avoid ALL artificial sweeteners, except for stevia... and the unflavored has a sweetness to it.I now use this daily in my protein shake to add a hint more sweetness while getting my creatine in at the same time.Its a bit on the pricy side, but its useful to dodge sweeteners as an added benefit beyond the creatine benefits. And it seems to be proprietary to this company, so Ill be buying from time to time...Recommendation: Definitely try it!

I've used and like this product. My only concern is that they use food dyes and sucrolose in their flavored options. I'm pleased they have an unflavored option which doesn't contain these items.

I bought this about a month ago. I was skeptical at first but noticed the difference by the end of the first week of taking it. The taste(I got unflavored) is almost like I added some sweetener to my water. I now take it with my protein shake, even though this type of creative doesn’t need to be taken with carbs. I’m going to try a flavored one next but this isn’t bad, and in my shake it’s unnoticed. Results are good, I feel my sets go a few reps more than normal and adding a little more weight doesn’t feel like I’m over doing it.

Read the label. This is the best, no bloat. And I only take 1/3 scoop 2x day.Excellent, highly recommend.

This creatine definitely works and I'm getting stronger. No side effects or downsides at all. Good stuff. I prefer the unflavored and glad they offer that.

I have been using this creatine formula for awhile mainly because it’s easy to digest with no gastric issues that come from some other products. It greatly enhances my workout performance,you can’t go wrong with the product
