Are there wheels on the boat for easy pushing on a floor?

No. There is an option to buy a tiny motor to use this in the tub as a real Boat. We did not purchase that. However my daughter still loves to play with this ship and it most flies (because fairy dust!) instead of gloating on “water” hahah
