This was simple to put together and really sturdy. I really like the thin plastic protectors that come with it which makes it easier to clean. It spins very smoothly. It has saved us many arguments about spilling stuff out of the cabinets while looking for medicines or spices and we haven't been playing the old 52 pick up game anymore. Lol It's very wide so be certain to measure your cabinet. It's the perfect size for us and it holds everything we needed it to. We should've gotten this a long time ago. I want to order more for the other cabinets because we are enjoying it so much.

I was so excited & couldn't wait for this to arrive. I was nervous bc of all the negative reviews but hoped I'd get a good one bc, like everything else on Amazon - there were just as much good reviews.No instructions were included but I recalled reading that b4 buying. I thought to myself, I'm educated, handy & love logic puzzles so couldn't believe I found myself, sweating over the assembly of this thing. I tried different height assemblies thinking perhaps it was just the way some of the plastic pieces fit onto the difft notches on the pole. I had to step away from this time bc I was so frustrated.I then looked this up here & watched the video. Ok, yes - I put base down, plastic pieces pole, plastic pieces, next shelf, plastic pieces, top shelf. I DID that! And yes, I had the "TOP ->" facing up. The thing was still wobbly exactly the way described by the bad reviews.WAIT! CAREFULLY SCROLL DOWN & READ ALL THE INFORMATION ON THIS ITEM. DUH!They mention not sending instructions to be eco-friendly & provided the instructions right here on Amazon. Step 1 - following the pictures & directions shows u: the bottom plastic pieces, though confusing bc the arrow is pointing in the "TOP" direction however points downwards. Guys & gals, WE were putting it upside down - Understandably bc why would top point downwards 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️! Now placing pole in & shelves - it is finally sturdy (or at least sturdier - at least an acceptable sturdy. It may still wobble but just a tad, easily fixed by place items uniformally balanced on the susan.Now that I FINALLY assembled it correctly, the original plan of giving it 1 star is now a 4. I would recommend this item! As long as buyer reads the instructions or this review, it is very easy to assemble. 2 of the shelves were already assembled. I only needed to screw 2 screws to attach 1 shelf to the rotating square bracket piece. With all those preassembled. The rest is a breeze! - that is, as long as the attached bottom set of plastics have the arrows facing down. In the other 2 shelves, those plastic pieces need to face up.Plastic pieces were not bendable like other reviews commented. All the metal pieces feel pretty sturdy. Once assembled correctly, tapping, pushing, placing shelves requires very little effort.Only lost star bc no clear instructions provided, & design of putting the word "TOP" on plastic pieces is very confusing . Also lost a star bc though the metal looked insustrially sturdy - there were a few tarnished spots on the supposedly stainless steel (not a big deal - won't really see it once all my spoces are set up.

I have not written an Amazon review in MANY years, but this product has brought me to this point. For one, the metal is extremely cheap and easy to bend. Second, the plastic brackets are extremely soft and molded incorrectly. They do not fit around the metal pole. Neither of the pair I got fit properly. Third, the "manual" in the product description is not only impossible to read due to poor grammar, but also extremely uninformative and basic. I suppose this is easy enough to understand, but it is still frustrating that they can't even include instructions.Next, trying to construct this thing was a nightmare. The plastic brackets around the pole are supposed to fit around the pole, and inside the hole in the base to hold the pole in place. The brackets would not fit, and without them, the pole would not fit snuggly. I used my entire body weight to push these in, and nothing worked. I tried hammering them in place, but I bent the pitiful metal before I could even insert the pole one smidge.Finally, I gave up and tried to disassemble the product to return it. I had gotten the pole on the base of the unit, but gave up attaching the second level. In trying to remove the pole, I had no choice but to pry at it. Instead of the plastic breaking or the pole coming out, the entire base plate bent open and sent ball bearings everywhere. It really is a testament to the quality of a product when it first breaks at what should be the strongest point. What a disgrace of a product.

I returned one of these because the bottom piece that the post went into cracked.I ordered a replacement. The surface of the post is not clean and shiny like all other open metal shelving units I have purchased, indeed, it was inferior to the one I returned. The MAJOR problem is that the turntable unit on the bottom does not turn smoothly. I have sprayed the ball bearings with a lubricating spray but have doubts that it will make it turn smoothly. I will most l ikely order a turntable to put underneath it. (The one I returned turned better than this one but it was not smooth.) The quality is inferior but the size is perfect for my needs and I did not see anything else like it on Amazon. I am disappointed with the quality of the product.

This should have been stupid-easy to put together and use-- but we even went online to find a video to see what we were missing! It did not zip together like the instructions suggested, and no matter what we did it was a wobbly (useless) contraption that sat on the island looking like a failed science project.Sent it back and got a lazy susan that's working great in the pantry.

still great over a year later.I had an awkward corner in my walk in pantry that made it hard to see what all I have there. This is a great buy. It's a nice size. The bottom fits my 3 different types of 5 lb flour bags, 2 sugars bags and chocolate chip cookies and on the top the small jello and pudding packets. The bearings are really nice and smooth and turn nice even with the weight on it. The adjustable shelf is nice and the metal is sturdy. In 5 minutes my baking shelf was all over the place with little boxes getting blocked by the big ones and hiding in the corner. Now it is all easily accessible.

The media could not be loaded.  I was skeptical, but this thing fit well and left enough room in the corner for other stuff , I dont jabe to shuffle through the corner area where its hard to grab stuff , now I can just turn until I see what I need , as you can see it can hold quite a bit of bottles and cans , may get another one ,
