Stoeger XM1 PCP Bullshark - .22 Caliber - Black Synthetic with Multi-Grip System and Buttstock Spacers

What a great gun, so worth it, very appealing to the eye, I was quite surprised by it, extremely accurate, it’s well made, magazines fit nice, love the pull up knob where you fill the air with the probe. Its so light, quiet, which I really like and it fits great in the hands against the shoulder especially with that front grip…it’s been hard for me to put the gun down…it’s so fun to shoot, it hits hard for a .22!!! I prefer it over my .25 Hatsan Flashpup and .22 Beeman Underlever which are also good guns as well. Really no negatives on this one except the round safety good be a little bigger.

My first order was returned...gun wouldn't fire......I had to get a refund and ordered another one. But both came with the left picatinny missing....so I'm not able to put a bi pod on it...Second one came late do to label peeling off and found it self on a box for a small out door table. Don't know if Stoeger at fault or was it Amazon, either way I finally got my gun a little late. Here's the review now, after my rant.....the gun is beautiful and I love it......I put a scope on it and it fires wonderful. The gun is strong, straight, easy to use and light in my hands....love it. I probably gonna buy another one as a gift for my father...just need to find a way to order the left side picatinny first....Stoeger direct store shows that the gun comes with both picatinny, so I will try to contact them first.....will add to this when I get a response

I haven't fired the rifle yet. It's missing a Picatinny Rail and the screws needed to attach it to the rifle. Went to remove the spacers for the recoil pad (one problem) you can't put just the recoil pad on without both spacers in place. The two plastic nubs on the recoil pad that align the spacers have no where to go since there aren't holes in the rifle to accept them. Spacers it is then. Another complaint is the lack of detailed description on how to load the magazine. Don't know how to get missing part sent. Don't want to go to the trouble of returning whole rifle over that issue. One surprise is that the one picatinny rail that it came with has a clip holder on it. Two stars for now.

Very accurate bullpup PCP. Definitely worth every penny and more. Lightweight and great ergonomics. Feels very well balanced. Cocking is very smooth.

Gun looks good BUT missing parts, magnets fell out of one the magazines that hold it in place now only have one and there are no parts available, When you fire the gun air hits you in the cheek when looking down the scope, All Stoeger USA says to do is get it replaced by Amazon and Amazon only wants to refund and not replace it

I was vacillating between this gun and an AEA HP SS for a while. I chose the Stoeger for its longer barrel, larger air tank, and 5 year warranty. I haven't been disappointed ! The Bullshark came with a full charge of air, and was ready to go right out of the box. All the promised accessories were there, including Allen wrenches to fit the necessary parts and pieces After cleaning, mounting the scope and loading, I ran a couple of mags through to test function and sight in the scope (Mid Ten 2.5 X 10 with lighted reticles, and a built in laser sight.). Stoeger claims 950 fps with lead pellets. I chronographed a low of 951 and a high of 974 with Crosman 14.3 grain hollow points ! unusual when the reality lives up to the claims with an airgun. My final test was the coconut test. I figure if I can put a pellet through a coconut husk, the gun will deliver lethal results with any small game. The Bullshark shot a pellet completely through the coconut ! I couldn't be happier with my early Christmas present. The Iguanas here in the Florida Keys are in for some thinning out now !

Strong, accurate, and a lot of fun to shoot.
