Product excellent, Customer service lacking
Finally, I am getting a good night’s sleep. And, therefore, no longer tired throughout the day. It suggests 3 capsules daily, yet one capsule near bedtime is perfect for me. I highly recommend this product. My only disappointment is with customer service. Almost two weeks have gone by and I have had no response to a simple question (except a confirmation that they will respond). My question: what is the recommended time of day to take the supplement.

Excellent for Anxiety! Saved me from passing out.
I use these any time I start to feel very anxious. I used these when I accidentally cut a chunk out of my finger with a very sharp knife. They saved me from passing out! They work very well for any kind of trauma or panic.**Update: I still love these for sleep and anxiety. What’s so great about this supplement is that it combines so many awesome herbals in one and it’s just so effective for me.
