Henry & Lisa's Wilk Alaskan Pink Salmon, 6 oz (Pack of 12)

Was impressed with the quality of the cut for a canned fish. Excellent flavor and big chunks of fish for on salads, in salmon patties, alone with crackers. Easy way to work more fish into the diet.

I anxiously awaited my canned salmon . . . but am disappointed now that I have it. The packaging is quite lovely. I eagerly opened a can . . . not so eager anymore. Smells like salmon, looks like dog food. Actually has a nice taste and will work beautifully for salmon cakes, but doubt that I would eat it right out of the can. Looks ugly. I'm used to Members Mark Atlantic salmon in water that I usually get from Sam's Club, but they were out it, so after reading all the reviews, I chose Henry and Lisa wild Alaska pink salmon. Lesson learned. Sam's salmon i will open and eat right out of the can . . . big meaty, clean chunks (notice I said chunks, not snibles). Fortunately, being pescatarian, I always have salmon cakes in my freezer and that's where Henry & Lisa will end up . . . as salmon cakes. Photo added to see for yourself.

Worth the extra money, but don't overpay, there are those that are charging way too much.
