Q: I bought this desk in October last year, wanted to lower it, but it seems to be stuck in its highest position. What should I do?

Pls detach the top, adjust the function part of gas spring, make sure the knob could get it connected

Q: What is the distance between the wheels? I need something to fit on each side of my treadmill.

It's 20 inches long and 3 inched high. Don't think it will work for you.

Q: How do you make it go up and down? The lever/handle does not budge.

Mine works fine. Maybe contact the seller for support or even replacement.
