DELICIOUS!
My Ukrainian neighbor told me she SO missed this, so I bought her a box for Christmas--she actually cried with happiness! Thus, I bought some for our family, as this brand is from Ukraine, and even my young daughter LOVES it! I add some vanilla paste in the water (2 parts water to 1 part grain), and cook it covered at a simmer exactly (with a timer) for 10 minutes; leave it covered, turn off the heat and let it steam exactly 5 more minutes. Serve with maple syrup and fruit. YUM!

Bad package
The package was damaged, causing the buckwheat to scatter on the floor. I bought this buckwheat to support Ukrainian businesses, despite the higher price. Unfortunately, I am disappointed as I expected higher quality.

Delicious Ukrainian
Delicious Ukrainian grain. Try it instead of rice with meat and gravy on the top. It increases x2 in volume during cooking. Super filling and low calorie base for any meal.
