We have bought this product to repair some scratches in our buono floor. We had to use in one of the door and did the job. Recommend if you need something help you to repair wood. Worth for the money.

Try to find a fix! It’s there but you have to have a VERY close look at it to notice! Just practice before fixing your floor. I’m a first time user if this kit and manage to do this repair after the first attempt!

How long will it last . Just two attempts for me . Very poor but quick refund and free return.
Had to drill a hole in some vinyl click flooring to pump some adhesive to support a soft spot. That seems to have worked and the hole is nicely filled using the wax and heated probe. Quite impressive it looks like a knot in the plank .However only the 2nd time I used it, it packed up ! Thought it was just the batteries but no the heated tool has failed. Easy return and credit to my account. I would pay more if they produced a better quality heater tool . It's a shame as I rather like the concept. Decided to buy a soldering iron with craft type end pieces, should be more reliable.
