When I got my cat mugs the box arrived open and one of the 2 mugs was broken and the spoons were missing. A couple of days later they sent me a replacement which I really appreciate it, it was fast and everything was nicely packaged. The mugs are super cute and the kitty spoons are very pretty. I am happy with the quality and their customer service.

Adorable and perfect for a gift
This is a truly adorable set of mugs and spoons. My boyfriend got this to me as a gift and I love using them! They make for an incredible and very thoughtful gift for any occasion. The mugs are quite small but perfect for coffee or a bit of tea or fruit even. the spoons are tiny and adorable and they look much more expensive than they are because they have a beautiful finish with the cat face.

Super cute but came dirty
I got these as matching mugs for my boyfriend and I! They're super cute and perfect for a cup of tea but they came dirty. There was some sort of brown residue in the bottom, but it washed off easily thankfully, so they're fine now. Don't really like that it came dirty though... hopefully that isn't a common occurrence

Arrived on time and in a very sturdy box, although a timely scratch was found on one of the cups. Otherwise, it's a very nice gift. The birthday girl loves them and thinks they are adorable.
