Glad I have it. Wish it was more flexible.
I have a wood-handled fish spatula our family loves for almost everything - especially omelettes! But that one's not dishwasher safe, so I got a second one since we use it so much. The Misen is a good shape and easy to use, but thicker and less bendy than our other one.I got a Sur le Table one, but it was super thick and returned it. We're glad to have the Misen, and use it a lot, but I'm still on the lookout for a thinner one that can get thrown in the DW.- Erick The Reviewer

Great and Useful Product
Item is well made and very useful and versatile. Can be used on nonstick cookware. Very flexible. Is becoming one of my favorite spatulas.

Great overall spatula esp for fish
I saw on a cooking show that the hosts all said this was the one spatula they all loved. I agree - I use it for everything but esp. fish because it bends a little so is easy to get under the fish. The silicone side works great in my pans so I don't worry about them. I got these for my 3 sons for Christmas I loved it so much.

Better for nonstick pans
I really wanted to love the spatula, and then many ways I still do, but it is really better suited for nonstick pans or anything you’re grilling that doesn’t stick to the pan. Because of the silicone, it is difficult to scrape anything off the pan we love this for stirfry and for use with pans that are not able to be scraped. However, we did end up buying another metal spatula to work with our sticky food needs.

I love using a fish spatula (that's what this shape is called), and had three already, which I use more than any other cooking tools. They are strong and easy to maneuver. I got this one for the silicone edge, which I thought would be good for when I use a non-stick pan. It's better than good. The silicone edge is smooth, allowing me to scrape the pan's surface, getting all the delicious juices. It allows me to work much more delicately, no more broken over-easy eggs or torn omelets or crepes. I wish I'd had one sooner, and I know what I'm giving to the cooks on my gift list!

Nice fish spatula!
