Durable, secure, doesn't rattle, fits car well, doesn't obstruct view
This is the only car barrier that I found that works for my dogs. I still have to fasten them to seatbelts because they are stubborn huskies and will attempt to climb over it in the small gap between the barrier and the ceiling of my car. But overall, this has been the best at keeping my dogs in the back so they don't try to get under my feet looking for crumbs while I'm trying to drive. I will say that the only drawback is it's not super easy to put up and take down, so I leave it up in my car between the back seats and the trunk and I only have to take it down when I need to fold my seats down for whatever reason. So it's best used as something you leave up all the time rather that something you intend to remove frequently. But with all that being said, it's quite durable, it's adjustable so you can make it fit your car better (I have a Honda CRV 2016 and it fits perfectly), and I think it comes with a bungee cord or two, which helps keep it from rattling when you're on the highway or a bumpy road or whatever. I have my secured well enough that it doesn't move or make noise at all when I'm driving - I don't even notice it most of the time. also, because of the design, I feel like it's easy to see through it and it doesn't obstruct my view out of the back of my car at all. 10/10 would recommend if you have rowdy dogs that can't stay out of the front seats while you're trying to drive.

Sturdy Structure!
Excellent product - very sturdy! Just 15 minutes to install! If you wrap the tie-downs as pictured in the instructions it holds fast to each headrest!

It's easier with two
I have a German Shepherd/Saluki mix. Tall and lanky, and loves to stand with his front paws on the console. I initially bought a seat cover that was supposed to keep him in the back seat, but the way they install he could easily step over them. So, after some research I decided on this one. First, let me say that while I was able to put it together and install it myself, it would have been easier if my wife could have helped, but she was sick. One problem is that it's installed width is not as great as I needed. It was plenty wide for the 2013 Accord, but not nearly wide enough for my 2006 F-350. The F-350 needed 63" or so. It would be technically possible to get it that wide, but not with the hardware that comes with it. The round objects that hold the outer parts in place need to be attached to the small wires in the interior of the unit. They won't bind together if you need a perimeter wire to attach the outer part. It's hard to describe but if you look at the attached image you can kind of see what I'm talking about. The round objects have grooves that attach to the wire mesh. But the perimeter wire is too thick and won't allow them to fully engage. So, the two halves don't get close enough for the nut to engage the bolt. You can see in the second photo that the perimeter wire is thicker than the inner wires. The photos don't show the channel groove that you need to engage in order to secure the two sections together.

Works great for me as a dog walker and cattle dog puppy mom!
I am a dog walker who picks up dogs in my car, drives them to a hiking location then drives them back home. I was having issues where dogs were backtied to my headrests and the dogs were jumping into the backseat from the cargo/trunk of my Kia Soul while I was driving or running into a house to grab another dog. This was concerning me as it can be dangerous if a dog is jumping around while I’m driving or getting in other dog’s faces. I decided to try out this product and I was pleasantly surprised! It was a tiny bit difficult to assemble in the car, but I managed to get it on my own pretty quickly once I figured out exactly how to maneuver everything the right way. I have had it up for probably close to 7-8 months now and it hasn’t needed to be adjusted once. It’s holding up great even with the more rambunctious dogs I drive around plus our crazy 7 month old Australian cattle dog puppy. Overall, this is a great product for the price. I’m sure you could find higher quality, but this honestly does the same job at a great price.

Nice item
This is a great product. It was easy to put together and just as easy to install, fit in our little GMC Terrain perfectly. Would buy again.

Easy install and fits well
We have smaller sized dogs that would slip by the edges of many other dog barriers that were marketed for SUV’s. This barrier expands to accommodate many widths and has curved edges that allow it to fit well so that small dogs can’t slip past the sides. It installs in minutes by attaching to the headrests and keeps the dogs safely in the back.

NO MORE HOT BREATH AND MISBEHAVING DOGS!
We have two 85lbs dogs and this works great to keep them in the BACK SEAT when we have to step out of the truck cab while traveling! Also there's only so much hot breath and shoulder slobber we can take on a trip! Keeping them in place and secure might also be VERY helpful if an accident should occur heaven forbid.

Open Spots
This works okay, but if your front seats are bucket and there is a gap between them, you have to figure out a way to block that area or the dog goes right through it. It was easy enough to install.
