My daughter has recently turned 7 and this was a little too complicated for her to do it alone. It does have instructions but not for dummies version that kids her age need. You cannot really leave them unattended to do this. She didn't realise the booklet opens up (DOH) and that it does explains to cut the string and knots but it doesn't really tell you how to do the stitching nor are the parts clearly labelled. Obviously where the holes exist already it needs to line up. Most of the pieces are made of a thin felt which can cause tears if the string gets stuck or needs undoing. It does come with everything you need bad scissors for the string. She ran out of commitment to this pretty fast which was sad as she loved the idea of making her own plushie bear. The size of the bear is about 20cms so a cute decent size but yeah didn't quite work out for her. She's still got time to grow and learn.

Item looks good but had to be returned unopened because the postage labels has been attached directly onto the box & arrived ungiftable.

Cute panda! Had great fun developing and building their sewing skills. Great for children 6 up with a bit of help.

What a wonderful activity. It’s a great introduction into sewing. A skill list for most today. My 5 year old granddaughter was so proud of making her own “ stuffie”. The panda is made of felt so a little care must be taken. But we will buy more

Very easy to do and my niece loved it when she finished.

My son is 10 and made this. Once he learned the stitches he was able to do it. I am buying 3 more so I can make them for my kids.

My 6 yr old loved this . Ofcourse needed our help but we are just about complete at she is so excited.
