i cannot send a drawing here, you should ask fibropool directly. they have all of that.

Q: Was my ladder supposed to come with anchors? All I received is 6 bolts for the steps

No! I think there are to many ways to mount this pool ladder to include them, I went to Lowe's and picked up stainless steel lag bolts, I installed my ladder to a wood deck.

Q: What are these big black boxes on the mounting side of the rails?

I believe you’re referring to the rubber treads on the steps they fall off pretty easily I haven’t put mine back on after several attempts they just kept pulling out
