Sceptic, but finally some good sleep
I am quite sceptic about these old natural remedies, to be honest. But I am in my menopause and having quite a bad sleep, often waking up 3 times or even more at nights, getting no rest. I was exhausted so I figured out I should at lest try and discard this. I really think that the pads simply make your feet sweat, as the cover is not breathable, and that is the reason you get black patches in the mesh. There is a dark powder trapped inside, so it works as with tea bags, a bit of moisture and they turn dark. Your own sweat wets the herbs or whatever it is inside. It cannot work as a placebo for me because I did not believe it would work. However, truth is that after 5 nights of use I have been sleeping from night one without waking up during the night and I feel much more rested. Give it a chance just in case it works for you.REMEMBER: the darker mesh looking side holding the powder is for your feet to sweat; the smooth white non breathable side is for the adhesive part. I saw some reviews saying that sometimes they didn't get "black" wet pads, and I guess the reason is that they used the wrong side. I did that myself a couple times when too tired to check.

On the fence
So I’m 5 days in. The pads are still as black as the first night I used them. Interested to see if there still black at day 10 and day 20. I have taken some photos so will upload when I update review. I have noticed that I don’t feel as tired during the day as I normally would and I’m defiantly sleeping better but for me it’s to early to say if it’s down to these or just psychological. Also my arches feel tender which I have not noticed before. I do a job where I do spend 10-12 hours a day on my feet and did have some time of over Xmas. So this might just be my feet adapting back to spending so much time on them. I will update at day 10.

They don't stick well.
The patch starts clear, then comes up black as if it takes the toxins out. I still feel tired, and my sleep is still broken. So, it doesn't necessarily help with. Give me a couple of weeks, and I'll see.😔

1. Clean sole of feet; 2. Remove backing from the adhesive sheet; 3. Place foot pad in center of adhesive sheet; 4. Use the foot patch while you are sleeping, roughly 6 to 8 hours; 5. In the morning remove the pads and wipe soles of feet with water.
