Great value and attractive. Elastic waist and felt skirt work well. You should get a flared slip for full effect. I also paired it with a wide stretch belt because the waist band is narrow. Need to steam it because the felt wrinkles badly in transit. Scarf is small, but works well in hair with pony tail - too small for neck line. There was some excess glue around the poodle but it wasn't too hard to snip it off. I'm so excited for our sock hop as this skirt looks great!

I needed a quick costume for Halloween and bought this skirt on a whim. The waistband had plenty of stretch and fit me nicely. The skirt was comfortable to move in (important for a preschool teacher) and the fabric felt durable to wear for a full day at work. I received many compliments from parents and coworkers.

It came on time and the quality is OK, price is affordable, but I am not a big person, 5'10" and 140 pounds, size 8 pant and if this is one size fits all, I can not imagine anyone with weight wearing this. I am trying to see if I can cut into the waistband and add more black elastic or wear a "spanx" top to hold my little tummy in to endure the 4 hours I will have it on. I have a little sewing skills and wish I had given myself time to make one.

I'm 82 years old; it fit as described; it was comfortable to wear; very classy poodle and such fun to wear to an event. I purchased the purple, and I wore a light weight crinolin under it. It was perfect for the occasion.

The quality is horrible. The fit is horrible. The waist is extremely small the poodle on skirt is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on it. Complete junk

I wore this skirt as part of a dance costume, and I used a crinoline petticoat underneath to give it a lot of lift. I'll be reusing the dance costume for the Fall Festival at my church next October (depending upon COVID :( )
