Good product , it does help sleep and my muscles recover quicker , only downside is you need to drink 1-2 glasses of water to swallow because it might stuck in oesophagus

Does the job. Significant improvement in mood over time, almost certainly helps in better sleep. Way better than citrate and i’ve had no gut issues with this form (Bisglycinate)
