Purchased this on the recommendation of a friend. I have tried different pillows and still woke up with neck pain. This pillow is very comfortable! I have not woke up in the middle of the night with stiffness or pain and I sleep better than I have for years! No neck stiffness in the morning. I absolutely love it.

I shopped around for a side sleeper pillow. I tried a 6 inch cube shape. I tried an odd "wing-shape" pillow. I decided on this one because it is both a side sleeper and a back sleeper. It has the shoulder scoop and the "wing" lift for side sleeping. What sets this apart from other odd wing pillows is that this one is more like a regular pillow and so can accommodate different uses better. It's soft and supportive and adjustable on top of that! I'm requesting the insert to increase the loft but have not yet tried it. The height works for me now but I'm curious if the boost would make side sleeping even more comfortable. The pillow case feels nice but is pilling and degrading quickly. So I wish it came with a more durable case since it is nice to have a case that fits the form. Thankfully the shape can be used with regular pillow cases granted they aren't too tight.

Recently had a neck fusion, always slept on feather pillows I've had for many years. I thought I would try this to help after my surgery. I couldn't believe that it made such an improvement in how I felt in the morning, I love it !!!!

If you have a problem with disintegrating disk in your neck, this is the pillow for you. Recommended by my physical therapist. It has made sleep easier.

It says when you break the seal, you can't return it but as soon as I opened it up and took it out of the bag, it smelled so strong that I couldn't even use it until I tried to get rid of the odor which took many days and it still has a faint smell of plastic that it was in which I did not buy plus the pillow is memory form and doesn't hold its shape

The pillow is helping to relieve stress on my neck by providing good support.
