Great comfort for heels
Great product! Far more comfort for my feet. I have thin fat pads and I had no heel pain at the end of the day on days I have used these. Not as good as my Hokas, but these are darn good.

HELPED WITH MY HEAL PAIN!
My right heal was so painful I took a chance a ordered these...and it made the pain much better! The pain is not completely gone, but I can walk without limping so badly. My try the other heal cup I saw that looked much firmer.

Side walls make it hard to put on shoe-Not returnable
The walls that surround your heel makes the shoe very difficult to put on as I had to insert the heel cup into the shoe then put on the shoe. With socks the sides would bunch up. Could not place it on my heel then slip on my shoe as it fell off. Then I find out I can't return it. That part is not obvious as I wasn't looking for it since almost everything is returnable on Amazon. Tuli's is a quality brand but the design for these are just odd. I ended up cutting the sides off with scissors, leaving just the pad, and then placing them in my shoe. That worked much better and they do help cushion my heel and alleviate pain.

Pretty bad, but maybe just my experience
I used this for a "fat pad" thinning problem with my left foot. It has very good reviews and initially I thought it would do the job. It definitely is nicely padded and seems like it should work as described, but there are problems and I'll get into them here. They won't stay on at all unless you wear them in a shoe that has heel support in the back or put them on beneath your socks and that is really difficult to do as they are sticky and the sock clings to them. It's necessary to have your hands inside the sock as well as the cup in order to get it placed properly. That just can't be done otherwise. I have to use very thick woolen stretchy socks in the winter and any other sort of sock is much to tight for both your foot, the cup, and your hand at the same time. This was very difficult to get right and took time.I tape my heel to help with the thinning problem in the fat pad and I pretty much had it healed up and with no more pain.......until I tried to wear the cup all day. I also decided to put it onto my right heel in order to be balanced as these things are anything but stable to walk on.After one day of walking this way my heels on both feet began to hurt. I just ignored it.....you get days like this now and then, but the next day both heels were really sore. Eventually, I figured there could be no other cause than the cups so took them off for the rest of the day . By evening both heels were somewhat better and the next morning the pain in the right heel was pretty much gone. Still slightly sore in the heel with the fat pad thinning but I figure that will be OK by this evening. Now, a lot of people seem to like these and have no problem. Maybe it's just me, but I'm putting this out there so others can make a better decision.Hope this helps!

Like a cloud!
Night and day inserts. I have used over a dozen heel cushions for my plantar fasciitis that will not go away. Even with the other cushions and heel pads, I still found myself slightly limping. I inserted these heel cups and immediately when I stood up, not even a slight pain in my heel, pain went 100% away. I have walked to work, taken the train and spent an entire day at Disneyland - no pain during or at the end of my day. The gel on these cups are extremely comfortable and squishy with no noise. The only drawback with these cups is that it does take up a little space in the back of your heel so if your shoes fit perfectly now, they may be a little tight on your toes. I wear an 8 1/2 size shoe - high top converse.
